Top stuff there, well done :clap: . Saw from the pics that you have a Raymarine fish finder (Dragonfly?) fitted on your Profish 400. Looking at one myself, the Dragonfly Pro 7, but heard that the transducer is too long to fit in the scupper on the Profish 400. Not keen on an internal mount myself so...

My go-to leader for softbaiting is 12lb Shimano Ocea Fluoro and it has never let me down with random breakages or knot failures. For heavier breaking strains I use Stren Coral Pink or YoZuri which are both super reliable but a tad stiffer than the Ocea imho, but choice is often a very personal prefe...

Sure thing Telecaster, it will be good to get to know another Coastie kayaker. Trevs can turn up anywhere but I have a few spots at my local Hatfields Beach that are more consistent than others due to the ideal habitat and gave up those in the pic. Hi Tbreezy and all. Got this bag of tasty trevs in exactly the same weather window from a local Hibiscus Coast spot in a couple of hours. All took small cut baits on a light strayline as softies were generally ignored on the day. Always pays to take an anchor and some smelly stuff in winter aye! Reg...
