Hi all! I have just noticed that mu kayak trolley has a broken wheel [emoji52] I cant find the broken piece's otherwise i would have just glue them back on. I drilled an 8mm hole all the way through the pipe and used a step drill to enlargen the top hole to fit my 13mm socket so i could then bolt the pipe down through the trailer timber, securing it with a washer and nut under the trailer.

Unfortunately not, the roof racks for my car are rather expensive, and the kayak is a Jackson big tuna so its a bit of a monster to lift over my head and having a trailer seems the best solution. I guess I will have to fork out some $$$'s for a trailer.

Hello All :) Here i was thinking that i would bring my kayak to Nelson and just buy a cheap $200 trailer when I got here and modify it to carry my kayak.. geeze was I in for a rude shock, the cheapest i have seen on trade me is $800 for a rusty "needing work" trailer, even the facebook Nelson garage...
