Nicely done. My experience was that it always needs a few more minutes soaking but maybe that's my bad cooking!

Yep, UNF which is pretty annoying to find here so talk to the suppliers or Rob etc. Otherwise they are great craft - except for that silly lid they ship with it

Love the video Lee, that fish is an epic. Can't say I recall much of your radio chatter as I was desperately hanging on to that kingfish while it gave me a quick tour of the Barrier. Will hit you up for some trips in summer
